🐞 What is slime made of?
Our slimes are handmade with love using glue, activator, colorants, scents, and fun mix-ins depending on the texture! Every batch is crafted carefully right here at Doodlebug Slime Barn.

🌈 Are your slimes scented?
Most of our slimes are scented unless otherwise listed in the product description. We love sweet bakery, fruity, candy, and fun farm-inspired scents!

✨ Why does my slime feel sticky?
Slime can get sticky from warm weather, shipping, or extra playtime. No worries, Doodlebug! Just add a few drops of the activator included in your order and knead until perfect again.

❄️ My slime is hard or stiff. What do I do?
Cold temperatures during shipping can make slime stiff. Let it sit at room temperature for a little while, then stretch and warm it slowly with your hands.

🐄 How should I store my slime?
Always store slime in its container with the lid tightly closed when not playing. Keep away from heat, sunlight, carpet, clothes, and pets.

👧 Is slime safe for kids?
Our slime is recommended for ages 6+ with adult supervision. Slime is NOT edible, even if it smells yummy!

🚜 How long will my slime last?
With proper care, your slime can last weeks or even months! Wash hands before play and keep slime sealed between uses.

📦 How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days unless we announce otherwise during large drops or holidays. Shipping speed depends on USPS once your package leaves the Barn!

💌 Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Because slime is a handmade sensory product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help!
